Vintage Japanese Lacquer Inlaid Jewelry Box Geisha Figures Green Lined. Measured 10.25 high, 14 inches wide & 9.25 inches deep. Weighing around 14lbs by itself. I acquired this at an estate sale. Beautifully done and figured look carved but I’m not sure what they are made of. There is a Nick on the side of the door on the right when looking at the piece from the front and the top/lid has paint issues above the latch metals. Bottom of box & back of drawers are marked with what looks like a “Q” to me & then drawers are numbered- see photos. Hardware I believe is brass and has beautiful pictures in at as well some depicting insects and flowers. Lining is in need of restoration in some places but not bad. Beautiful dragons on lining. I reduce, reuse & recycle, so packaging your item comes in may not be new but will always be clean & reusable by you as well for packing or mailing.
