Vintage Hand-Carved Wooden Camphor Chest With Padlock. Chinese Asian Camphor Wood Jewelry Box. Gorgeous camphor wood box is carved in high relief on the top and front, with more shallow carving on the back and sides. The wood is camphor, judging from the extremely pleasant fragrance when you open it. The corners have dovetail joints. The hinged lid is curved on the edges. The bottom has bracket feet. This box comes with a traditional Chinese padlock with a key, and it works great. Feel free to ask if you don’t know how to use it. Measures approximately 11.7″ x 7.2″ x 6.5 tall.
